| 内容記述 | Now, in the beginning of the 21st century, the disparity between the wealthy and the poor continues to widen with the stronger becoming stronger and the weaker becoming weaker. The notion of aiding the progress of developing nations, as well as solving the problems of hunger and poverty, will become the common interest of human beings. We believe that this co-existence of self and others will save us from "The Tragedy of Commons" described by Garret Hardin. It is said that advanced nations will see a society with fewer children and more elderly, thereby experiencing a shortage of labor. On the other hand, developing nations are expected to see a population increase. People move from poor countries to ones that are more affluent and from regions with a large number of workers to regions with a smaller workforce. Moderating this fluidity may lead to diminishing the disparity. In this paper, we have observed municipal projects dealing with foreign residents and the activities of volunteer groups in communities. The question now being asked is what policies based on what ideas are to be enforced by the nation. | |||||||||||
