| 内容記述 | In this article, I have reviewed documents of the first and the second Conference of Heads of State and Government of Non-Aligned Countries (Belgrade and Cairo Conferences) in order to make clear what was discussed among participating countries. There were heated arguments in both conferences about which issue should take precedence: the problem of "war and peace" or the problem of "colonialism". Nevertheless, the following three agendas were directed by the non-aligned countries toward international community during these two conferences. First, it was demanded that the great powers prevent wars among themselves and bring peace to the world. Secondly, support of anti-colonialism was reconfirmed. And thirdly, demands for economic development were made. These three agendas were clearly seen as interelated. Although the points each country stressed differed, the three agendas were a common goal of all non-aligned countries. | |||||||||||
