This report arranged information provided after a field work in Kashiwazaki of July 21 and an earthquake. In Kashiwazaki, I was able to check the disaster situation such as the collapse of the house or the crack of the road. At the stricken area, much support activity by a volunteer or the Japan Self-Defense Forces was performed. There was much damage in a certain town (Nishimotomachi and Higashihoncho) on a dune, and the damage of a Shinto shrine and the temple was outstanding. The place where the damage was big by this earthquake is the land where there is a dune on alluvial plain. In addition, the damage was related to a geological feature, the topography and the structure of the house.}, pages = {11--22}, title = {新潟県中越沖地震被災地レポート}, year = {2007}, yomi = {マツオ, ヒロシ} }
