The social concern with economic growth in CHINA has been growing for the last several years. And over past decades, a considerable number of studies have been conducted on the effect of global environment on Chinese growth. This paper discusses that the water environment change as a result of urbanization to visualize by using GIS. The following result were obtained: 1. There is an \"east-high and west? low\" gap in an area. 2. It is lack of water resources in CHINA especially in northern district. 3. These days, it is regulating of wastewater by china government sternly. 4.
